Why can't people hear me when they call me?

Help !! Since yesterday when phoning i can hear the other side but the other side cannot hear me,

lumia cyan, update window 8.1 ok
I cannot manage to get a clear ring immediately, only vibration and afterwards a ring,
I used moanday sound by the way.
Since yesterday, when being called, I hear the other party speak, but they cannot hear me.
Since this for professional use I hope you can help me.

I cut off complete system, and give a re-start, i hope this is same as "re-set"

my wife's Alcatel phone has this kind of problem =/
