Where is the buy button in the Xbox Music Store(WP8.1)?

No buy button in Xbox Music Store(WP8.1)

I was trying to buy music in the Xbox Music store, but i found there was no buy button! It's supposed to be on the far right, next to the title, but it's just gone.

Long press the album and you'll see options to do multiple things including buy.

But I used to be able to but individual songs from albums. I can buy entire albums, but I simply do not want to. The little shopping cart button next to the individual song names is gone, and I'm wondering how to get it back.

Just long press the individual song.

Doing that just gives me "share" and "add to..." as if i already own the song.

EDIT: scratch that, it just gives me "share" and "create radio station"

I get add to, create radio station, share, buy in that order. And when I click buy it asks for confirmation of purchase ( I just tried)

Hmm, I think the key here might be if you have an Xbox music pass? I have one, and when I open up an album I don't have, I briefly see the cost, then it changes to "download", with no further option to buy whole or individual songs.

I do not have an Xbox music pass. However, it seems that, after going into "top music", i find that there are only a few songs that actually have a "shopping cart" button.
