After resetting my phone display shows only two clog wheel is rolling

After resetting my phone display shows only two clog wheel is rolling .its been 10 hours. What should I do please help me out

Normally resetting takes 15 to 20 minutes.. Don't know what is the issue with your phone. Don't forget to connect your phone to charger
