Nokia 830 shows error message on syncing with office account

I have recently bought Nokia 830 with windows 8.1. I have set up an email account to sync with my office email account which runs on windows 8. It works well with phone data connection. But when I connect with office WIFI, it shows error message. If I reset the account, it works fine. Again when I go back home and try to reconnect with my home wifi, it doesn't work. When I checked with my IT person, I was told that this could be on account of the security certificate. I think in windows 8.0 you have a provision to accept all certificates when you set up the account. But in 8.10, there is no exception given and we need to manually accept it whenever we reset the account with a new wifi connection. This poses a major challenge. Any suggestion on this would be hugely welcome
