Why does my music suddenly stop?

why music suddenly stops???

I bought lumia 730 1 week ago....whenever I travel in bus while listening music, when bus give jerk or whenever there is sudden impact movemwnt my music automatically stops.
I don't know whats the problem.....

Stops how? In the middle of the song?

I had an issue before where my 1520 randomly stops playing after one song and the fix was unplugging the headphones and putting it back on. I think this was fixed within the last couple of updates.

Try a soft reset and see if it works.
