Can I have Andriod apps on a Windows phone?

hi all im wondering if i can have andriod apps on a windows phone ive got lumia 525 and a samsung s3 and change back and forth sometimes but one app i need is on andriod and not windows

No. Android phones run Android apps, Windows Phones run Windows Phone apps.

Often the app provider releases apps in several platforms though. E.g. Facebook on both.

no this app is jamcam and only on android
