Is it possible to have custom text tones for individual contacts?

I want to be able to have different text tones for different contacts on my phone so that when I receive a text, I know exactly who it is just by hearing the specific tone. Is this possible? If so, how?

OS version is 8.10.14176.243 on HTC 8X.

Go to the contact in People. Tap on it. Tap edit at the bottom (the pencil), then select text tone. You can then add a text tone for that particular contact.

I have done this and it still will do a custom ringtone for everyone instead of individual text tones
