How can I have my Lumia work normally again?

how can i have my lumia working normaly again? wp8 is runing as a Demo

i have pictures from people that i never seen before it is annoying, even if i safe some contacts they gone after a coupe of hours. how can i sort it out??

Did you sell an older Lumia without factory resetting it? If someone else has control it means that they logged in using your account.
