Why am I not able to download apps from the store on my TAB?

Why am i not able to download apps from store on my TAB.

I have Notion Ink tab , every time I try to download an app it says I am not Connected to Internet. Please Suggest me what to do.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi?
Btw how is the tab? I am thinking of picking one myself.

yes i am using a WI-FI connection
