Why aren't my threads in messaging/text responses showing at the bottom of the message list?

Threads in messaging/text responses

Hi guys,

Help me or my 635 is going through the window and I really cant afford a new window!!

For some reason today, when I send a message it is not shown at the bottom of the message list, likewise the contacts I normally message are now at the bottom of my thread list, it's forcing me back to my trusty old Iphone 4, can you save me?

Might be a simple error.. Soft reset; if that doesn't work go for a hard reset, but backup your data first

I have tried various soft resets Ven, I also dont want to lose all my pics etc, what is my best backup option?

If you're on 8.1 then backing up is pretty easy. Keep in mind that you might lose game data (high scores etc), because not all game devs have activated the backup option for their games as of yet. You can also easily backup pictures and music to your desktop/laptop

Whatsapp does give you the option to backup those messages tho
