On the standard Windows Phone camera app, there are three buttons on the right side of the phone if you are holding it in landscape mode, on the bottom of the screen if you are holding the phone upright. The top button (or right button) has an icon of a camera, is the standard camera mode. If you tap that, it will take a single picture normally, turning off burst mode. The center button is the burst mode, and it has an icon of several pictures stacked. The bottom (or left button) is video mode, and it has an icon of a video camera.
