few words about software issues on lumia phones

You people should really work out some major software bugs on Lumia phones! Wife has lumia 520 and I have lumia 630 and both phones with both versions of OS (updated) have same bugs.We live in capital of Croatia under Tmobile infrastructure and signal is prefect.We use both phones more than 10 months.
1. phone sometimes blocks when we finish conversation and only restarting helps and this is hapenning more and more often
2. phone respond to calls very slow
3. sound in speaker is very very odd.unnatural,high pitched and mettalic.
4. bugged ringtones and alarms sometimes >no sound at all which is big problem.
Other than that phones are great for that price range but this are serious issues.

OK, I think those are not normal operation at all, I would definitely contact support if they're still under warranty.

I have experienced #2 with the Lumia 1020, especially when switching to speaker. It is highly annoying.

Especially after updates... A Factory Reset can resolve many issues. Run a backup first so you can restore during setup.
