Are there any limitations in purchasing a Microsoft band in the UK from the USA?

I am located in Europe, about to buy a Band in USA.. do you see a Technical problem or limitations?
My PC is Windows 8 in En, my phone (Nokia 930) is not English, country is not USA.. etc.

Cortana might not work. Am not sure if GPS on this cause any issues.
