At first my headphone jack stopped working, now my charger won't work. Help?

At first my headphones would only work when I twisted the plug and played around with it. Now the same thing is happening with my charging socket. I have a lumia 925. Could it be a connectivity problem as they're both at the top?Any help will be appreciated.

That's possible..

If the phone's under warranty, contact support.

Otherwise, it could very well be something going loose, a DIY job might be in order if you're so inclined.

Did you verify that the cords in question were good? Try switching them out with cords you KNOW are good. If they are good, then maybe your ports are loose, in which case either a repair job, patience with the ports, or a phone replacement is in order.
