Should i get 1520 or Lumia 930 , or wait couple of months in Hope for new phone to release

I'm confuse in those both phone , there specification are identical in every way
, and this going to be my first phone guys ,So need help !!

Well no they're not identical.

1520 - 6", larger battery, SD Card slot, has Glance
930 - 5" has none of the above

As for waiting for a 'couple of months' try more like April/May maybe June.

It depends on a lot of things, how much will the phones cost you, and what phone do you already have, and what is its condition?

If your phone is old and busted, then yeah, you won't regret updating now at all. I recently updated from my 920 to a 1520 and it was a great choice for me. I gave my old phone to a relative to use, so it wasn't just an upgrade to get something new and shiny. I chose now to upgrade because it will likely be another 4-6 months until a new phone is announced, let alone released.

The 930 and the 1520 are nearly identical, specs wise. The main difference comes down to the screen. The 6" screen may make the phone too big for you, in that case, the 930 would be a good choice. I may have been more conflicted, but the 930 was never designed for use in America, while I could buy a 1520 that connects to local LTE networks, so I bought the 1520.
