Can no longer charge app purchased to my AT&T bill

I attempted to purchase an app today and the option to have it billed to me AT&T account is no longer available :(

After calling AT&T support I was told that they do not support carrier billing any longer?!

Anyone else have this issue? When I went into the wallet app the at&t option disappeared shortly after it started up.

Can someone on AT&T see if their AT&T purchase option is still there?

Re: Can no longer charge app purchased to my AT&T bill

Thanks! I called AT&T back and verified that my account didn't have the purchase blocker on it. They are not sure why I can no longer purchase apps using carrier billing and referred me to windowsphone.com :/

Awaiting delivery of a new phone (1520.3) so hopefully it will come back with that. The only thing I can think of is that I switched my SIM card to the new secure version so I could use SoftCard.

...of course Window Phone support recommends a factory reset :/

Just an update...the AT&T option came back on it's own. I just checked today and it is back. Unfortunately the box set I wanted to purchase is no longer being offered :(
