What are the Internet APN settings for Page Plus Wireless?

I have a nokia lumia 822 on page plus, the voice and text works fine but i cannot get data to work, i have airplane mode off, bluetooth and wifi off, and cellular data on, i have tried all apn settings i can find online for verizon or page plus and none work, i have called page plus and reset my phone as instructed and no change. The access point app doesnt show any information when opened. Does anyone happen to know the solution or the correct apn settings?

I have an Icon I used on Straight Talk so when I switched to Page Plus my APN settings were messed up. Using the Nokia Access Point App here are my settings:

Connection Name: VZWINTERNET
Internet APN

Access Point Name: vzeinternet
Username:
Password:
Proxy address:
Proxy Port:
Network type: IPv4
Authentication Type: non​

MMS APN

MMS Access Point Name: vzwinternet
Username:
Password:
Proxy Address:
Proxy Port:
MMSC address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Network Type: IPv4
Authentication Type: none​

Activate that APN setting and I always change the SIM name to VZWINTERNET uner Cellular+SIM -> SIM settings. I'm not sure the last step is necessary but it only takes a second.
