How can I make my 925 vibrate *once* when a new text arrives?

I used to have it set up so it'd make a sound and vibrate once when a new text arrived. I recently played with some settings and when I now set it to vibrate on new text arrivals, it will vibrate 3 times. How do I make it vibrate only once like it used to?
