Why are the music and photos saved in my SD card not showing in the music and the photos app?

The music and photos saved in my SD card are not shown in the music and the photos app.

The storage sense shows that the SD card has contents. I transferred the music and photos connecting my phone to the PC. I also tried transferring directly to the SD card using a card reader but that didn't work as well. I tired formatting and then transferring but all in vain. Any solutions ???

Try moving your albums to music folder in your sd card and pics to pictures folder.
