Why has my Nokia 920 and 925 just died?

why have my nokia 920 and 925 just died.

bought 920 and had for 2 months and it just died, nothing sinister from me, one day just nothing no screen no buttons no noise just died.
replaced under warranty with newer Nokia 925 and 14 months later, i was just putting on charge and screen went black. Powered down, started back up and still no screen, search buttons at bottom and other buttons either lit up as usual or seemed to work but the screen itself was just black, in for appraisal now, but wondering if any one else has had simmilar problems with Nokia phones.

Maybe your L925 has a software failure. Did you try soft reset? Can you turn the phone off by holding the on/off button for 5 seconds and then swipe down from the center of the screen, even if you have a black screen? As a last resort you can hard reset your phone and see if that helps...
