Why can't I listen to MP3 audio files in my email via WP8.1
I have wp8.1 on an HTC phone and when I get my office email with a voice mail, I cannot open the attachment. I originally had the voice mail sending WAV files. I was told by Microsoft to change it to MP3 and issue would be solved. I am now receiving MP3 files, but my phone still says it cannot open the file.
Do I need to download something else to be able to open the attachment?
