Nokia Lumia 925 dead. The service center asking for 10k. Worth it?

After frequent black outs, hang-ups, my phone finally shut down completely one day. I tried the soft and hard reset but the phone screen did not switch on at all. The service center personell told me that it was a major problem of the Physical board. The board shall be replaced. Would it be worthwile spending that much on a repair?

This is a question of cost over benefit.

I'd say $160.00 is way too much money for repairing it.
