What happened to my contact icon from my menu?

My contact icon is missing from my menu

I cant find my contacts any where on my menu and I cant even enter new contacts as there is no icon on my menu to use. everything else is still on my main menu

It's called People... not contacts.

Its in the name of people not contacts... Its located on the right side menu which is the scrolling type menu, hope it helped
