It is a sync error...

Make sure date and time are correct. You may also have to turn off any restrictions in Data Sense.

Check that you can sync your Microsoft Account: Settings > email + accounts > hold down on the Microsoft Account name > when the pop up menu happens, tap "sync."

​If it doesn't work try a reboot also.
