My nokia lumina 1320 phone is stuck on a "yellow rectangle" ?

Cortana keeps telling me to double-click, or single click? and won't let me scroll? how do I get rid of this? I've tried turning the phone off no luck..I tried restarting? It won't let me scroll in settings to try to turn it off? please help!!

You'll need to turn off Narrator.
[h=4]To turn off Narrator[/h] Turn off Narrator at any time by pressing and holding the Volume Up button, and then pressing the Start

button. Don't release the Volume Up button until Narrator tells you that it's turning off.
