Why WeChat not able to send a pre recorded video

WeChat just update to version 5.4 with new UI, but still not able to send a pre recorded video........

Did you send the developer an email to find out why or did you just want to commiserate?

the video may too big, or too long duration. Make it short within 45 seconds or less will be better.

thank's for the help but a shorter video is not the solution.
The videos don't appear when we want to choose one.
Do you have another solution?
