Why won't my Nokia 630 sync with emails, etc?

Addition to nokia 630 not syncing with e,mails etc

error code 80004005 comes up and last synced last saturday. also on seetings in e,mail ans accounts it shows my e,mail address with not upto date in red underneath etc if this helps

What kind of email is it? Is it an MS account or other? Did you configure the email correctly?
