Windows Central Question

My phone keeps shutting down and turn on again and again by itself because it is super full (no space left at all). I tried everything to reset it including the all the repair options available the site. I can't delete any apps on it not even from my PC. Help!

Lumia Software Recovery Tool. Use the option for "My phone does not start up or respond" even though it does start. It's stuck in a bootloop and needs the extra step to get recognized, most likely.

You will loose all data, but that's probably a good thing. I recommend NOT using the restore option during setup. Your App purchases will still be counted as paid in the Store if you use the same Microsoft Account.

Click the link here on Nokia Software Recovery Tool... The name change from Nokia to Lumia is still a work in progress. You will get or then upgrade to the correct tool. Nokia Software Recovery Tool - Mobile Community

What phone? Does it have a removable battery?

You could pull the battery, hold power + volume down buttons and insert the battery. That might soft resst the phone.

Pull the battery, remove the SD card and try the soft reset trick again. That's about all I can think of at this point.

Maybe someone else will have a different idea.
