Why is the Windows Store not working in Windows 10 Technical Preview? (latest build, fast ring)

The Windows Store has completely stopped working for me-- I can't update or download apps, because whenever I do, an error code comes up. The most recent error code I've gotten is "0x80073cf1". What's going on? Previously, restarting the computer would fix it, but it doesn't help anymore.

Sounds like some component of Windows Update may be screwed up on that installation. You could try resetting the Windows Update components or just reinstall Windows.
