Can't find setting to use my Outlook contacts picture vs. social media picture in my WP contacts.

I can't find it for the life of me on my new 1520, but I remember I was able to do it on my old 1520. I don't want my friends facebook pictures to show up in my settings, I want the picture that I set for them in Outlook to show up. Pls help!
