need some help to do the SIM card & phone settings

currently have the BLU Win JR GSM: Quad Band 850/900/1800/1900MHZ
OS: Windows 8.1 i have unlimited data with WIND.

You will probably need to contact Wind Mobile for the correct APN settings for 8.1
I don't see the latest set-up on their site.

Hopefully another member here can help.
