Will Lumia 535 work on AT&T in the USA? 3G only or HSPA+ ??

Will the Lumia 535 DS work on AT&T in the USA?
Only 3G or is HSPA+ supported?

Not even 3G let alone H+... EDGE speeds only.

On the 3G radio (used for 3G and 3.5G or H+) it has the 900 and 2100 MHz frequencies and AT&T needs 850/1900.

GSM is the 2G radio... It will only yield EDGE speeds.

The 3G radio is lacking what US carriers need...

Try looking at Blu Win Jr in the w410u variant. It will get 3G and H+ on either AT&T or T-Mobile towers.

I've seen the Blu phones and Yezz Billy 4.7. I like the Lumia 535 better but unfortunately not even 3G here!!....

Yeah... The 535 looks nice for the price... It is a shame it doesn't play well in the States. Watch out for the Yezz, Same radio issue. I just researched 'em for someone else last night.

If you want Lumia, either a 635 or maybe a nice used 925... The 925 is a pretty solid all around phone and way more than a budget phone hardware wise. It's just aging, but still very capable. I had a 925 until this past August. LOVED it.

I already have a Lumia 1520 and 535 for my business. I want a dual sim windows phone for when I travel to Asia or Europe.
