Why is new Lumia 730 is automatically switching on?

Hi to Windows central I am Rathan from India,I am facing a problem in my new Lumia 730 phone. What is it means while charging the phone it automatically restarts and ask to scan Sd card why is it happening now , what is the reason?

That is normal behaviour. All Lumias turn on whilst charging. You may use Quiet Hours if you do not want your device to make notification sounds whilst charging overnight. How to set up Quiet Hours and Inner Circles on Windows Phone 8.1 | Windows Central

Alas, what you describe is normal. When you are charging the phone it will, annoyingly, turn on. Such behavior isn't limited to Windows Phone or Lumia devices; I have several Android tablet that do the same.

It's just something you'll have to live with.
