Why is the screen in my Lumia 730 largely magnified after call ?

It just happened that after disconnecting a call I could not close the balance reminder message. Since the screen was magnified to huge size i could not select the close button. I had to turn off the phone and turn it on. My Lumia 730 is not even a week old!!!. Is there a fix for this friends ?Appreciate your help

Just turn off screen screen magnifier

settings > ease of access > screen magnifier > Off
