Issue after repeating factory resetting ?

I reset my nokia lumia 520 ( BUILT-IN window version 8.1 ) 2 time within last week . i have to change my windows account so i further reset it ( 3rd time) tonight . and before 2nd reset its every thing wock perfect but after 3rd reset .

1: Store can't search most common apps ( example: viber , files , analog clock live tile , or also facebook messenger , etc .
2: Some sites when searches through internet explorer , internet explorer shows untrusted .
3: Battery drain faster in standby mood ( 5% per hour ) and in use ( 10%-15% per hour ) .

HOW TO SOLVE THESE ISSUE PLZ TELL
