Is there a fix for microscopic TABS, BOOKMARK BARS and other items?

When I'm in my browser, the bookmarks bar, tabs, forward and backward arrows are so small that they are are almost not usable on my new Stream 7 tablet. Is there anyway to make these item larger?

When I'm in my browser, the bookmarks bar, tabs, forward and backward arrows are so small that they are are almost not usable on my new Stream 7 tablet. Is there anyway to make these item larger?

I'm not familiar with the Stream 7 tablet, but in Windows 8.1 under PC Settings/PC and Devices/Display, there's settings to change the size of apps, text, and other screen elements.

Under Display settings in the Control Panel, you should be able to adjust display scaling if its not present in the instructions given above.
