Why wont' my Nokia 630 turn on?

Nokia 630 will not turn on

I have a brand new Nokia 630. After not using it on the weekend this morning I noticed it will not turn on. I have plugged it into a charger with no change. Tried a soft reset once again nothing no screen activity just a brick.

Is the phone vibrating when pushing the on/off button ?
It happened once to me, I tried the button combination for the soft reset for at least 30 seconds and it worked
