On my Lumia 920 on Cyan, why isn't there an option to share internet via Bluetooth?

Lumia 920 on Cyan - Internet Sharing - No option to share internet via Bluetooth

Hello,

Lumia 920

I need to be able to share internet over Bluetooth so that I can pair my device with a Tom Tom Satnav

According to this webpage, this functionality should have been introduce in the Cyan update:

However, when I go to internet sharing on my phone I don't have the 'Share Over' option. This screen hasn't changed at all in fact.

Anyone know why I haven't had this update?

Carrier: EE (Uk)

That's weird, I just checked and see that I have that option on my 920. (flashed to French ROM)

Maybe its a carrier change perhaps? I'm not sure what to tell you.
