Where did my question go regarding losing my downloads and the 'download' category?

[Windows Central Question]

I had a 4gb micro card. realized needed more space when I got nokia lumia 635. bough 16gb micro. tried to copy old card onto new card. now do not have any of the downloads, no download category and none of the photos I put on the new card are available.
