why wont my phone charge?

so I have a windows lumia 822 phone, and when I put my charger into the phone the little metal piece in the phone is loose, so it wont charge

By the looks of it you have a problem with the phone connector itself. I think that is recommended to actually put the phone to a skilled hands and service this problem by replacing the connector.

Solution for right now.. Run out of the house and get a wireless charging dock and shell for the phone lol
