Zinio App no longer working on Windows Phone 8.1?

I haven't been able to get Zinio App working for days on windows phone. It doesn't seem to work because the newsstand is not available. Reinstalling doesn't seem to fix the problem because when you reinstall you get stuck on the interests page which fails to load because the newsstand doesn't work. I've seen comments on the windows store detailing this issue but I can't find any forum topics or fixes.

I have the app working, but the magazine covers aren't showing up. I can click the issue and read, though, so it's not a deal breaker.

Is this still a problem for you?
