Why can't I open the WP store?

can't open wp store

i can't open my wp store. when i click to store it's automatically back to home. then i hard reset to my phone but still i found same problem. i can i fix this problem.

This usually happens within a few moments after the phone is restarted. If you're attempting to launch the store just after your phone restarts (or arrives at the start screen from being powered down completely), wait for 3-5 minutes before attempting again. If not, recent online reports indicate some technical issues with the Windows Phone Store affecting certain regions.

In both cases, just "try again in a little while."

The store has been acting crazy for me these last two days. Won't update or install ANYTHING!
