I'm curious to if Microsoft provide payment installment plan for purchasing a Surface Pro 3.

Nope. If you can get your own credit (credit card, bank loan, etc) then you can get a post payment plan at a ridiculous interest rate, I do not recommend.

Advice following in good faith, not bashing: Honestly though, if you can save up for one then you probably shouldn't be buying one. I'd work on personal finances to make sure you can set aside your own money to save up for one first. This way you won't be putting a pinch on your own budget and regretting the purchase.

You could purchase at best buy if you have that where you live. Get a bb cc and a 6 or 12mos no interest plan.
