Webpages loading really slow

Hello guys, I'm having this issue with my Lumia 1320, I have the last update in DP. I use WI fi at my home and since last update I'm having this problem. Is not a router problem because I use the connection in my laptop and looks very fine in it, I don't know what do to. Someone is experiencing this too?

For all them, even simple pages

You could try deleting your Internet Explorer cache by going to Internet Explorer > tap the three dots > settings > delete history. When that is complete, try restarting the phone by pressing and holding the lock screen button until the "slide down to power off" screen comes up, then slide down and power the phone off. Wait until the phone is completely off and turn it back on again. Try loading a simple page, like Google, and see if that loads quickly.

I did that already... I did it again and restarted the phone. Still facing the problem... Should I perform a hard reset? Or even consider using the Nokia recovery?
