Why does my Lumia 635 charge so slowly?

My phone is about a month old and for the past few days I've been experiencing sporadic charging issues. Sometimes it will deplete whole plugged in or it will just charge very slowly. I've used multiple chargers all giving the same result. There was about an you period last night it charged properly but that's about the only time in the past few days. What should I do about this issue? Note that I have done a reset already and I still seems to be having the issue...

If you can get another battery for your 635, then you can easily see if the problem is the battery or the phone itself. Another option is to use the Nokia recovery tool software to reset and install the latest update available... but i think the problem could be your battery.

I say take it back to where you purchased it. Should be under warranty.

Return it for another unit. My 635's battery charges ridiculously fast and if I'm not using it (overnight for example) I will lose 2-3% in 8 hrs; sometimes less.
