Windows Central Question

My phone fell, and when it turned back on the touchscreen wasnt responding. Theres a little crack on the bottom left. It gives me the 'battery is critically low' warning, and lets me tap the 'ok' button. But then it goes back to not responding. Its like only the top half of the screen works, but thats only sometimes. Could it still be fixed? What can i do? I already turned the phone on then off, i already took out the battery, and reset my phone for no reason because it was no help.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have a busted digitizer. A digitizer is the piece of hardware that allows the screen to receive and respond to your finger touching your phone.

Sometimes parts of the screen work while others do not. I'd recommend doing a Bing search on replacing the digitizer in your specific phone. If it's under some sort of warranty, that may be an option as well.

Best of luck!
