Why doesn't my Lumia 520 have internet sharing?

My lumia 520 has no internet sharing

I have access point installed,my apn settings are correct, i have tried another sim and it works fine,my partner has the Lumia 925 and it works fine using same network....
Basically ran out of ideas,anybody help.....

so you're saying internet sharing just doesn't show up?
what carrier? is the phone locked?

There is a separate entry for internet sharing in the settings.
From the Sharing your connection How To page:
To share your mobile data connection, this feature must be available from your mobile operator and enabled on your current phone plan. This is also known as tethering or hotspot and often costs extra.

Thanks for replies guys, think I will take it up with my supplier ( Lebara ) strange how my partners is fine though....
