Why do I have slow download speed from the Windows store?

I am facing the slow downloading speed while downloading or upgrading the app from the store for last 3-4 days. Is anyone facing the same problem.

Things seem normal at my side in terms of download speed (as long as I'm connected to a reliable network); it is the installing part that seems to have slowed down. This, however, seems to be related to the recent OS preview update.

I am on official cyan update, and for network I am using wifi. The speed problem is only whenever I download or upgrade any app from store. Otherwise speed is good.
