since 2 months I am getting the same error code what is the reason? how to fix?

Try to Google it. Soms say you have not enough memory to install an update or you have to change the region and download a other languages.

Make sure you are downloading over WiFi...

Check that you have adequate storage capacity open.

May be due to extra server activity and that server being at capacity. Happens when downloads hit and a lot of users are grabbing them at once.
