Can I get Cortana on my Nokia Lumia 1320?

I've tried changing Lang and region and speech to united states and it still didn't work

Firstly is your phone updated to the highest level it will go?

What country are you in?

And I think you have to have the keyboard changed to US so there are three things need changing.

I tried the US settings option on my 1520 and as soon as I went back to UK settings it would go again and leaving my settings as US wasn't really an option so I opted for the Developer Preview route and this has worked fine for me
